Diontey Michael

Diontey Michael was born in Richmond, Virginia and began his studies at the Richmond City Dance Theatre for modern and jazz. He immediately joined The School of Richmond Ballet on a full scholarship under ballet masters Malcolm Burn, Jerri Kumery and school director Judy Jacob for his classical ballet training. As a teenager he attended the prestigious Virginia School of the Arts on a full scholarship, where he trained closely with Adam Sage, Dominique Angel and Tyrone Brooks. He's also attended summer programs at The Royal Ballet School, The Jofferey Ballet and River North Dance Chicago. Upon graduating high school he attended the University of North Carolina School of the Arts with another full scholarship from former Dean of Dance and American Ballet Theatre Principle, Ethan Stiefel.

His professional career began as a trainee with the Richmond Ballet, later he went on to perform as a Guest Artist with the Latin Ballet of Virginia, Nomad Contemporary Ballet in NYC and Missouri Ballet Theatre. Diontey has performed in The Nutcracker, Giselle, George Balanchine’s Rubies, many original works and has been featured in Mark Morris’s Gloria, Stephanie Martinez’s Transport and Salvatore Aiello’s Sanza Fretta. He was featured as a dancer in ABC’s Holiday Movie “A Christmas Kiss” he's performed with Disney Cruise Line, pop artist Lady GAGA and was also a contestant on season 8 of the hit Fox television show "So You Think You Can Dance". He’s also performed in musicals such as “In the Heights”, "Beauty and the Beast” and in the Off-Broadway production of “The Wild Party. He’s worked with artist such as Virginia Johnson, Keelan Whitmore, Christopher Huggins, Alonzo King, Jennifer Medina, Lorraine Graves and Desmond Richardson. He's choreographed works for Longwood University, Missouri Ballet Theatre, Virginia School of the Arts and has choreographed for "The Wiz", "Seussical", "Fiddler on the Roof”, “Rock of Ages” and “Meet me in St. Louis" at Stagedoor Manor. Diontey's aesthetic is very Neo-Classical with a flare of Contemporary Ballet. He's influenced by Limon, Cunningham, Nikolai, GaGa, and the Balanchine style. This summer he will appear in Virginia Repertory Theatre’s “West Side Story”

Allie Perdue

Allie Perdue started her dancing career at age 3 at Barton and Williams School of Dance in Stafford Virginia . She has trained in ballet, lyrical, tap, pointe, and hip-hop. In high school she had the opportunity to be part of the North Stafford Varsity Dance team for 3 years, and part of the dance competition team for 4 years. Allie is graduating in May 2018 with a degree in Elementary Education and plans to pursue teaching after graduation. During her college experience she dance for 5 years at the Longwood Company of Dancers, where she was treasurer for 1 year and President for 2. Allie is very excited to form part of the Virtuous Dance Center family and combine her passion of dance and teaching!

Chloe Allen

Chloe began her dancing career at the age of 11 and began competitive dancing soon after. It was then she was able to utilize her passion for performance on the big stage. Chloe’s training includes Fredericksburg Studio of the Arts and Orange School of Performing Arts. During her training at Orange, Chloe was able to learn from choreographers such as Casey Goshow, Elijah Mortan, Voltaire Wade-Greene, Emily Brown, Demetia Hopkins-Greene, Kenny Gary, and Charis Moses. Chloe is excited to be working with Virtuous Dance Center as she begins a new chapter in her dancing career: sharing her love of performance with her students.

Lee Storm

Lee has been dancing for 10 years, beginning his dance education at age 7. Through his young career Lee has trained under choreographers such as Enrique Brown, Kaelynn Harris, and Chachi Gonzalez. Lee has performed at Dance Worlds in Orlando Florida, Kennedy Center Millennium Stage, World Of Dance New Jersey, and Battle At the Barbecue. Lee is excited to joined Virtuous Dance Center and share her passion for dance with the next generation of performers.
