Joselyn Echevarria has been a part of the Virtuous Dance Center family for 10 years, growing from a dedicated VDC dancer into a valued member of our faculty and creative team. Her lifelong love for dance, combined with her passion for working with children, has shaped her into the encouraging and nurturing educator she is today.
Joselyn is currently in her second year at Longwood University, where she is pursuing a degree in Elementary Education. Her studies in education complement her work at VDC, allowing her to bring patience, creativity, structure, and an understanding of young learners into the classroom.
As a member of the VDC Faculty, Joselyn specializes in teaching our youngest dancers through Tiny Ballet, Tap, and Jazz, helping students build strong foundations in movement, musicality, classroom etiquette, confidence, and a love for dance.
Joselyn also serves as a VDC Dance Company choreographer and teacher, currently working with two of our competitive company groups. In this role, she continues to expand her artistry and leadership while helping our dancers develop their technique, performance quality, teamwork, and confidence on the competition stage.
Having grown up at Virtuous Dance Center, Joselyn brings a special understanding of VDC's values and culture to every class and rehearsal. We are proud to have watched her journey come full circle—from student and competitive dancer to educator, choreographer, and role model for the next generation of VDC dancers.

This dance studio is by far the greatest. My daughter attended for the first time last year and she is abosolutely in love with this studio and the loving family that operates it. When the day finally came she was so happy and excited! We love Virtuous Dance Center!
The owners are amazing people and have created a wonderful dance studio for competition, training, fitness, or fun, for all ages. Definitely worth the money!

VDC is amazing!!! Our girls love going to dance!
Our 4 year old daughter has been taking acro dance here for a few months now & just loves it. The studios new location is really nice inside. The instructor is really great with the the kids in the class. We look forward to her continuing her classes here.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience here. My girlfriend and I attended classes to invest in our dancing interests and could not have had a better time. The staff are very friendly and the studio is a wonderful environment. We will definitely be back for sure!
My Daughter attended Virtuous Dance Center Last year for Summer camp, It was a great experience for her and she loved every minute of it. We plan on being there again this year. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! If you are looking for a summer camp This is a great place to start.
