Dance Membership Fees

Membership Fees are one-time annual fees. These fees are due at the time of registration. (August – May). Dance registration fees help support Virtuous Dance Center, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that offers a comprehensive and diverse dance program, including a competitive dance company, to students ages three and up.

$55 per Single Student or $75 per Family

Tuition Fees

TUITION will be due monthly and is based on the number of classes a person (All ages) takes per week. Tuition payments will run continuously until you unenroll in your classes. Holidays have already been accounted for when determining tuition prices. Monthly tuition fees help sustain Virtuous Dance Center, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides a comprehensive and diverse dance program, including a competitive dance company, to students ages three and up.

Recital Fees

Recital fees vary each year based on factors such as the venue, theater costs, permits, security, staff, and choreography. Our annual recital takes place at the end of the dance season, typically in May or June.

Recital fees range from $150 to $250 and include:
✅ 2 tickets to the show
✅ 1 costume
✅ A professional video of the performance

These fees are added to your account between February/March each season.

Summer Dance Camps 2026

June 22-25 & July 13-16

Registration Open March 1st 2026! 
Come enjoy a week of summer fun with our staff at Virtuous! These camps will run from 9:00am – 2:00pm from Monday-Thursday. 
Students will be able to do a wide variety of activities from dance, to crafts, to water games and more!These camps are designed to be fun, energetic, creative, and perfect for dancers ages 4–10 — and they fill quickly every year.

🐾 Animal City Dance Camp-July 13–16
Each camp includes: A positive, high-energy dance experience led by VDC instructors. Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop & Acro, Playful games and team activities, Imagination-based crafts!

Military/First Responders Discounts

  • 5% off Tuition Active Duty Military, Teachers, Police, Firemen and First responders Families Discount! (Valid ID required). *Not valid with any other offer or discount.

Payment Policies

Billing Information:

  • Invoices for tuition will be sent through our online system each month.
  • Tuition is due on the 1st of every month, and a late fee will be applied after the 5th of the month.
  • Withdrawal from a class requires a written notice via email at least 30 days prior.
  • Failure to provide the required 30-day notice will result in the account remaining due and payable and a withdrawal fee of $75 per student, with adjustments made for the following month’s payment.

Refund and Payment Policies:

  • No refunds are provided for withdrawn classes.
  • Studio credits can be utilized towards a different class within one year.
  • Tuition is not refundable or pro-rated.

Payment Schedule and Late Fees:

  • First-month tuition is due upon registration, with subsequent payments due on the first of each calendar month.
  • Payments received after the 5th of the month will incur a 15% fee along with a $35 administrative fee.
  • Students with overdue balances of more than 30 days will be dropped from enrollment, and a $75 cancellation fee will be applied.

Discounts and Pro-rated Fees:

  • All discount offers are separate and cannot be combined.
  • New students joining mid-month will have their first-month class pro-rated.

Recital and Company Information:

  • Accounts must be paid in full to participate in the recital.
  • Company Members’ accounts must be up to date for participation in competitions and dance conventions.

Payment Options:

  • Automatic bill payment is available through our online portal.
  • We accept payments in CASH, CHECK, and CREDIT CARDS.
  • Declined credit card transactions will incur a $35 fee.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
