Modern contemporary dance is a combination of several different dance styles and encourages improvisation and creativity at the highest level. To excel at modern contemporary dance you need to think outside the box. Versatility and agility are key elements in this style of dance.
At Virtuous Dance Center, the staff will allow you to explore your own unique style. You will be able to blend ballet, jazz, lyrical, and theatrical forms of dance to create moves that are uniquely and beautifully your own. Contemporary
1) Recreational (Ages 6+): First time taking a contemporary class? This is for you! Explore dance styles like lyrical while also getting the codified techniques. This class is for the dancer who loves Dance Moms, SYTYCD and other dance shows. (Recital Fee)
2) Contemporary 1 (Ages 6+): This class is for dancers who have taken Contemporary, Lyrical or any Modern Class before. An evaluation can be made the first day in the class. If you’re new to the studio we recommend Recreational Contemporary first. (Recital Fee)
3) Contemporary 2 (Ages 8+): This class is for dancers who have taken Contemporary 1. Evaluation Mandatory. (Recital Fee) Advance Class
4) Contemporary 3 (Ages 10+): This class is for dancers who have taken Contemporary 1. Evaluation Mandatory. (Recital Fee) Advance Class

This dance studio is by far the greatest. My daughter attended for the first time last year and she is abosolutely in love with this studio and the loving family that operates it. When the day finally came she was so happy and excited! We love Virtuous Dance Center!

Our 4 year old daughter has been taking acro dance here for a few months now & just loves it. The studios new location is really nice inside. The instructor is really great with the the kids in the class. We look forward to her continuing her classes here.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience here. My girlfriend and I attended classes to invest in our dancing interests and could not have had a better time. The staff are very friendly and the studio is a wonderful environment. We will definitely be back for sure!
My Daughter attended Virtuous Dance Center Last year for Summer camp, It was a great experience for her and she loved every minute of it. We plan on being there again this year. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! If you are looking for a summer camp This is a great place to start.
